牛奶…240cc

Milk…240cc

 

巧克力磚…1塊(50g)

Chocolate bar…1 piece (50g)

 

隨喜愛加入棉花糖….少許

1. 將朱古力磚細細切碎。

1.Chop a chocolate bar into fine pieces.

 

2. 將牛奶加入鍋中,使用打蛋器攪慢慢並加熱至沸騰。

2.Add milk to a saucepan and let boil while stirring with a whisk.

 

3. 將②熄火,並將①慢慢加入,同時使用打蛋器均勻混合。充分溶解後,再開火加熱並倒入杯中。 

3.Turn off the heat on ② then mix well with a whisk while adding ① little by little. After it melts, turn on the heat again, let it warm then pour into a cup.

 

4. 您可以依照喜好加入棉花糖,最後搭配藍莓&蜂蜜果汁蜜即可。

4.If you like, add marshmallows. Finish by sprinkling with Blueberries & Honey.
