酒【A】…15cc

Wine【A】…15cc

 

太白粉…小許

Potato starch…One pinch

 

沙拉油…10cc

Salad oil…10cc

 

醬油 【A】…22.5cc

Soy sauce【A】…22.5cc

 

豬肉(肩)里肌肉(製作薑汁豬肉用)…300g

Pork shoulder loin meat (for frying with ginger)…300g

 

蜂蜜漬薑片的蜜漬薑片(切末)…4片

1.請先在豬肉的脂肪和肉之間劃幾刀。

1.Make a shallow cut in several places between the fat and lean meat of pork with a kitchen knife.Gently sprinkle the potato flour on one side.

 

2.平底鍋熱油擺上1的豬肉,用中火煎兩面。

2.Heat the oil in a frying pan, arrange the pork, and fry both sides over medium heat.

 

3.在②加入【A】,一邊煮開,一邊用醬汁徹底包覆肉片,稍微將湯汁熬乾。

4.盛盤並加上薑片裝飾。
