中華高湯顆粒或雞粉‧‧‧小湯匙兩匙

Granulated Chinese soup stock Or chicken bouillon powder…2 teaspoon

 

辣油‧‧‧‧小湯匙1匙

Chinese chili oil …1 teaspoon

 

水‧‧‧400 ml

Water…400ml

 

蔥花‧‧‧適量

Green onion shoots…as appropriate

 

酒【A】‧‧‧‧一大湯匙

Cooking sake【A】…2 teaspoon

 

味醂【A】‧‧‧‧小汤匙两匙

Sweet cooking sake【A】…2 teaspoon

 

 

生抽醤油【A】‧‧‧‧小湯匙兩匙

Light-Colored Soy Sauce【A】…2 teaspoon

 

鹽巴.胡椒【A】‧‧‧‧小許

Salt・Pepper【A】…One pinch

 

澱粉‧‧‧‧小湯匙兩匙【水溶性澱粉】

Potato starch…2 teaspoon【Dissolved Potato Starch】

 

水‧‧‧‧一大湯匙【水溶性澱粉】

Water..1 tablespoon【Dissolved Potato Starch】

 

 

1. 香菇去蒂後切成薄片。 將竹筍切成3公分的長條狀,將蔥切成蔥花。【水溶性澱粉】攪拌溶解,同时把雞蛋輕輕調開。

1. Remove the stalks from the shiitake mushrooms and thinly slice them.Chop the bamboo shoots to 3cm in length, and finely chop the green onion shoots.
For 【Dissolved Potato Starch】,mix and dissolve in water, and lightly beat the egg.

 

 

2. 在鍋裡放入水和高湯顆粒後煮沸,加入豆芽菜、香菇、竹筍,用小火燉煮。加入【A】後再次煮沸,並加入蜂蜜醋。

Put the water and soup stock in the pot and bring to a boil. Insert the bean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, and bamboo shoots, and lightly simmer.
Add 【A】 and once it is brought to a boil again, add the pure honey vinegar.

 

3.加入再次充分攪拌之後的【水溶性澱粉】以增加稠度。

4.以繞圈的方式加入蛋液,等蛋液浮起後便可淋上辣油裝盤,最後灑上蔥花就大功告成了。
