19th Hong Kong Food Festival e-Complimentary Tickets Redemption and Free Gifts (E-store exclusive) (“The redemption”)

Terms and Conditions:

  1. For orders of HK$500 or above on Sugi Bee Garden (International) Co., Limited E-store, two (2) e-Complimentary Tickets of 19th Hong Kong Food Festival will be granted.
  2. The e-Complimentary Tickets redemption is only eligible for registered members of Sugi Bee Garden (International) Co., Limited E-store.
  3. “The redemption” is only eligible on Sugi Bee Garden (International) Co., Limited E-store, not applicable to physical stores.
  4. Each order can only redeem two (2) e-Complimentary Tickets.
  5. Each member can only redeem two (2) e-Complimentary Tickets.
  6. Customers agree and accept Sugi Bee Garden (International) Co., Limited to pass the collected personal information to the organizer for tickets registration. Personal information will not be used for other purposes except registration.
  7. Orders will be reviewed within 4 working days to validate the eligibility for redemption. The e-Complimentary Tickets will be sent to the registered email within 7 working days.
  8. For any purchases at the booth of Sugi Bee Garden (3H06, 3H08) during the exhibition (24-12-2021 to 28-12-2021), customers can redeem one (1) free gift by presenting the e-Complimentary Ticket.
  9. Only the e-Complimentary Tickets redeemed on Sugi Bee Garden (International) Co., Limited E-store are eligible for the free gift redemption.
  10. The redemption period for the e-Complimentary Tickets is from 20-11-2021 to 14-12-2021.
  11. The 19th Hong Kong Food Festival e-Complimentary Ticket is non-exchangeable for any products, cash, change or refund.The 19th Hong Kong Food Festival e-Complimentary Ticket is non-resaleable by any means.
  12. In case of any damaged or lost, no e-Complimentary Ticket will be re-issued.
  13. E-Complimentary Ticket and free gift are available while stocks last.
  14. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  15. Sugi Bee Garden (International) Co., Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions.
