Blueberry Honey Toast
ブブルーベリー&ハニーゼリー

This fruit juice infused honey contains a high percentage of blueberry juice and is one of our bestselling products.
Blueberries are believed to be an aid to eyesight.

Ingredients  (For 4 People)

Blueberry & Honey --- 60ml

Leaf gelatin   ---  4g

 

 

Water --- 240cc

As you like, berry fruits such as blueberries  --- Suitable amount

How to cook:

1Soak leaf gelatin in cold water for a while.

2Put “Blueberry & Honey“ and water in the pot. Cook it over a low heat and dissolve and stir well.

Turn off the heat before it boils, add squeezed gelatin of 1, and dissolve it completely using residual heat.

3Cool the bottom of the pot of 2. with ice water and after it has been cooled down, pour into a small glass, and cool and harden in a refrigerator. Add berry fruits on top if you like.
