Return Policy

The return procedure

Keep all packaging materials, original packaging, receipts and related gifts.

After confirming that the status of the goods meets the requirements of the return policy, we will contact the customer to return the goods, and the goods will be returned within seven days of the notification.

Buyer has to bear the shipping cost to return the product.

The refund procedure

After taking back the returned goods, we will arrange a refund within seven to fourteen working days.

If payment is paid by credit card, the refund will be directly returned to the credit card account. Since the refund arrival date of each bank is different, please contact your card issuing bank for the specific refund time and related information.

We have the right to reject the customer's request for return and exchange in the following situations

Any man-made damage to the goods.

Return and exchange requirements over the return period.

Products have been opened, used or damaged due to personal reasons.

Lost or incomplete customer shipping documents.

Products are not provided by Sugi Bee Garden.

The goods do not have quality problems.

There is a color difference between the picture and the real object.

We do not accept refund requests in the following situations

The order cannot be delivered because of the incorrect address that the customer provided.

Apply for a refund due to shipping costs.

Precautions

Product effects vary from person to person, and refunds applied for product effects are not accepted.

The customer should consider the shipping risk before purchasing online. If there is any damage or loss during the shipping, the customer shall bear the loss. If there is any deterioration, damage or loss during the mailing process, the shop will not make any compensation.
