Power from plants has been condensed into a green juice, and easily supplements the nutrients from dietary fibers and enzymes.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

- Milk                                                             180cc
- Water                                                          20cc
- Aojiru                                                          3 Packs
- Gelatine Powder                                       5g
- Honey                                                         10g
- Fruit [For decoration if available]           Suitable
How to cook
1. Mix gelatine Powder 5g and cold water 20g as a spare. 
2. Mix honey 10g and milk 180cc. Heat up by a separate hot water. (Around 40c)
3. Add Aojiru and ①.
4. Freeze by separate ice water. (Keep stirring, until a good set.)
5. Put into the fridge, and last 3 hrs.
6. Decorate with some fruit at will.
