Colorful Temari Sushi

Apple vinegar is made from freshly squeezed apple juice and has a rich flavor. No chemical preservatives and artificial colors are added, which effectively helps replenish glycogen in the body.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

- 2 freshly cooked rice

- 8 pieces of sashimi

- salmon roe

- pinch of salt

- 1/2 egg (thin egg cake)

- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1.5 spoons of Hungarian acacia honey

- 2 shrimps

- 2 perilla leaves and 2 buds each

- a pinch of dill

- A little each of salt, sugar, and salad oil

How to make

1Make sushi vinegar by combining apple cider vinegar, Hungarian acacia honey, and salt.

2Remove the tail, leg and shell of the prawns, wash in salted water, boil briefly, strain and drain.

 

3Mix the eggs with salt and sugar, add salad oil to the frying pan and fry into thin eggs, divide into 2 equal parts.

4Place each ingredient on plastic wrap and gently roll out the vinegared rice to the size of a ping pong ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and twist into a round shape.

5Remove the plastic wrap, serve on a platter, top with wood sprouts, salmon roe, and dill, and it's done.
