Chicken seasoning
Chicken thigh : 250g
Frying oil : Appropriate
Cooking sake : 15g
Grated ginger : 5g
Potato starch : Appropriate
Light-Colored Soy Sauce :15g
Grated garlic : 2.5g
Spicy manuka honey sauce (according to personal preference)
Manuka Honey :10g
Soy sauce : 30ml
Sliced spring onion: Around 10cm
Light-Colored Soy Sauce : 15g
Vinegar : 30ml
Chili Bean Sauce : 5g
1Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Mix the [Spicy manuka honey sauce] ingredients well.
2Place the [Chicken seasoning] ingredients and the chicken by hand into a plastic bag or something similar and let it marinate for at least an hour.
3 Drain the liquid and sprinkle the chicken with potato starch.
4Fry the chicken in oil at 170 degrees Centigrade until fragrant.
5Serve on a dish and finish it by garnishing it with [Spicy manuka honey sauce].
