Fried Ginger Pork in Japanese Style

豚の生姜焼き

Sugi Bee Garden's "Pickled Ginger in Honey" uses gingers which are peeled carefully one by one, and all pickled in honey bottle by hand in our factory.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

 

- Soy sauce 【A】22.5cc

- Cooking Sake/Wine【A】15cc

- Pickled honey from Ginger Pickled in Honey【A】30cc

_______________________________________________________________________

- Potato starch One pinch

- Sliced ginger (minced) from Ginger Pickled in Honey  Four pieces per portion

- Salad oil 10cc

- Pork shoulder loin meat 300g

How to make:

1Make a shallow cut in several places between the fat and lean meat of pork with a kitchen knife.Gently sprinkle the potato flour on one side.

2Heat the oil in a frying pan, arrange the pork, and fry both sides over medium heat.

3Add [A] to (2) and gently simmer it while mixing the sauce with the meat.

4Add pickled ginger to finish and serve it on a plate.
