Honey Lemon Chiffon Cake

Lemon & Honey rich nutritive honey has been blended with fresh fruit juice, so effective for beauty and health.

Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

- Egg white                    3 pieces

- Lemon honey            75g

- Egg yolk                      3 pieces

- Sugar                        30g

- Cake flour                75g

- Salad oil                   30cc

How to make

1Put the egg yolk and 1/3 of the granulated sugar in a bowl and whisk with a whisk until it becomes white and thick. Add salad oil, honey, and lemon juice in order and mix each time.

2Add the sifted cake flour to ① and mix well.

3In another bowl, whisk the egg whites with a hand mixer for about 1 minute, then add the remaining granulated sugar and whisk. Make sure it doesn't fall out even if the bowl is turned upside down.

4Put 1/3 of the meringue from ③ into the bowl from ② and mix well with a whisk. Add the remaining meringue in two batches and mix gently with a rubber spatula.

5Pour the dough from ④ into the chiffon mold from a high position. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30-35 minutes. Once baked, turn it upside down to cool completely.
