- Beef steak 400~500g
- Onion (grated) 1/2★
- Kiwi (grated) 1★
- Grated garlic 1 teaspoon★

- Cooking oil As appropriate

[Honey sauce]
- Marinade liquid for [★] 2 tablespoons
- Cooking sake 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce 2 teaspoons

1Take the beef out of the fridge and leave it for around 30 minutes to 1 hour to bring it to room temperature. Pound with a meat pounder or rolling pin.
2Rub spices on both sides of the meat and soak in the marinade liquid with [*] for 2-3 hours.
3Wipe off the marinade with a paper towel.
4Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove from heat. Leave the steak in the pan for 4 minutes.
