Delivery process

  • Email confirmation will be sent upon payment.
  • Under normal conditions, orders will be reviewed within 7 business days after successful payment and will be delivered at designated date.
  • Delivery date will be subjected to change depending on the stock availability. Customers will be notified for any changes.

*Business Day includes Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

 

Delivery Terms and Condition

  1. Mid=Autumn Festival Hamper Delivery Period: From 25 July 2022, Mon to 16 Sep 2022, Fri.
  2. For orders of HK$400 or above, free delivery will be provided to the designated address. For order under HK$400, SF Express freight to collect will be arranged.
    *Free delivery service is only applicable for designated courier and locations.
  1. Courier: Depends on ordering quantity availability and delivery quota (customers are not able to select)
  2. Delivery service areas included: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok, Ma Wan and Disneyland
  3. Areas that do not provide delivery services include: Discovery Bay, outlying islands and restricted areas in the airport
  1. Delivery Period:
  • Monday to Friday: 10am to 6pm
  • Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays: no delivery service will be provided.
  1. During adverse weather, including but not to limited to thunderstorms, typhoon signal No.8 or black rainstorm signal, or heavy flooding, road blockage or closure, delivery service will be suspended. Delivery will be rescheduled without additional charges.
  2. Due to the limited quota, delivery services will be provided on first-come first-served basis.
  3. An adult aged 18 or above should be presented upon delivery for the receipt on the selected delivery date.
  4. If delivery needs to be rescheduled due to unattended address upon arrival, an additional HK$100 administration fee will be charged. New delivery date will be arranged by the courier.
  5. Any re-scheduling request after order confirmation shall be made 4 days before the original delivery date (before 12 noon) via +852 3708 1891, otherwise additional HK$120 administration fee will be charged per unit of hamper.
  6. Sugi Bee Garden (International) Co., Limited reserves all the rights for any amendment made on this terms and conditions without prior notice.
