- Pancake mix (store-bought) 150g
- Egg 1 piece
- Milk 100ml
- Butter As appropriate
- Strawberry 1 pack
- Yuzu & Honey 3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
- Acacia Honey As appropriate
- Mint As appropriate
1Rinse the strawberrries and wipe off any excess moisture. Remove the stems, place in a bowl and mix with Yuzu & Honey and lemon juice. Let rest for 30 minutes.
2Beat an egg in a bowl, add milk and mix. Add the pancake mix and lightly mix.
3Heat butter in a frying pan, and pour in an appropriate amount of (2) into the pan. Fry for about 3 minutes on low heat, and flip once bubbles begin to appear on the surface. Fry for an additional 2 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
4Transfer (3) onto a serving plate, and place (1) on top. Garnish with mint, and pour Hungarian acacia honey on top in a circular motion.
5*You can also substitute citrus fruits like mandarins or dekopon (sumo mandarin) instead of strawberries for delicious results.
