- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil 2 teaspoon

1Rinse one pumpkin with water as-is and wrap it in plastic wrap. Heat in the microwave until warm (600W for about 10-15 minutes).
2Cut the onion into strips, cut the shrimp into bite-size pieces, fry in olive oil until tender, add honey, salt and pepper, add a can of white sauce and soup, and mix well.
3When the pumpkin in (1) has cooled down, cut it into quarters, remove the seeds inside with a spoon, take the pumpkin down to about half of its original thickness, cut it into an easy-to-eat size, and mix it with (2).
4Place the pumpkin on a heat-resistant plate and mix it with (3), put it back in, and bake it in an oven at 250°C for about 15 to 20 minutes.
