Grape produce a sweet as well as sour flavor leaving a fresh aftertaste in your mouth.

Ingredients (for 1 people)

Water   300ml

Fish gelatin powder (dissolve with water)   2g 

Kyohou &  Honey        6 tbsp  ----- SHOP NOW

Kyohou     1 - 2 Pcs (Cut in half)

How to cook:

1Add Water with Kyohou & Honey in the pot and heat, stop the fire before boiling.

 

2Mix Fish gelatin powder with hot water and stir until dissolved.

3Pour the dissolved fish gelatin powder, water and Kyoho & Honey into a container, stir well and put it in the refrigerator.

4Stir with a fork every hours, repeating several times, until fully solidify. (Takes about 6 hours) 

5Finally,  cut 1-2 Pcs Kyohou in half, and put in the sorbet.
