- Pumpkin 1/4 pieces
- Bacon 50g
- Garlic 2 pieces
- Butter 5g
- Soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
- Acacia Honey 1 tablespoon
- Salt & Pepper As appropriate
- Olive oil As appropriate
- Chopped parsley As appropriate
1Slice the pumpkin into 8mm slices and cut the bacon into 4cm strips. Peel and crush the garlic cloves.
2Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan and once fragrant, add bacon. Add the pumpkin, stir quickly and then cover and steam for 3-5 minutes.
3Once the pumpkin is cooked, add butter, soy sauce and Japanese acacia honey. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
