Beaten egg 1 egg
Potato starch as appropriate
Salt Pepper One pinch
Sesame oil One pinch
Frying oil as appropriate
Nuts of your choice as appropriate
Parsley as appropriate
Mayonnaise mayonnaise sauce6 tablespoons
Milk mayonnaise sauce1 tablespoon
Ketchup mayonnaise sauce1 teaspoon
Rapeseed Honey mayonnaise sauce2 teaspoons
Apple Vinegar mayonnaise sauce2 teaspoons
1Mix together the ingredients for the [mayonnaise sauce] in a bowl.
2Remove the veins from the shrimps and peel off the shells. Rinse with salt water and remove excess moisture with a paper towel. Place in a bowl and season by massaging in salt, pepper, potato starch and sesame oil.
3Add the beaten egg and 30g of potato starch to (2) and mix thoroughly.
4Put an appropriate amount of potato starch in a shallow tray. Place the shrimps from (3) onto it and cover the shrimp all over with potato starch.
5Place (5) into the bowl from (1), and lightly cover the shrimps in the mayonnaise sauce. Transfer to a serving plate, and garnish with crushed nuts and chopped parsley.
