- Chicken leg 1 piece
- Paprika (medium), Asparagus 2 each
- Cashew nuts 20g
- Salad oil Appropriate amount
- Sake【A】 2 teaspoons
- Soy sauce, potato starch【A】 1 teaspoon each

- Oyster sauce, sake, soy sauce【B】 1 tbsp each

1Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and mix with the [A] seasoning ingredients.
2Seed the paprika and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel off the root skin of the asparagus with a peeler and cut diagonally into 3cm lengths.
3Mix the combined seasonings in [B] well.
4Heat an appropriate amount of salad oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the paprika over medium heat, and remove.
5Add oil to the same frying pan and add the chicken. When it is fragrant and browned, add asparagus and stir-fry. When the whole is cooked, add ④ and ③ and stir-fry. Finally, add cashew nuts and fry the whole to complete.
