1.將肉切成稍大的一口大小,加入鹽與胡椒後靜置。
1.Cut the meat into large bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
2. 於鍋中加熱牛油,並將牛肉煎至呈現焦色。 加入紅蘿蔔拌炒。
2. Melt butter in a saucepan, and heat the beef until its color looks cooked.Add carrots and sauté.
3. 加入紅酒、熱水與月桂葉,一面撈取雜質,一面燉煮。(40分鐘)
3. Add red wine, hot water, and bay leaf then boil well while removing the scum or foam that forms on the surface.(About 40 min)
4. 加入馬鈴薯、多蜜醬、藍莓&蜂蜜、伍斯特醬,煮至馬鈴薯熟透為止,並不時攪拌。
4.Add potatoes, demi-glace sauce, Honey Flavored with Blueberry Juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir occasionally while it simmers until the potatoes are cooked.
5. 最後,視個人口味調整鹹淡。裝盤,放入水煮西蘭花,並淋上鮮奶油。
