鹽及胡椒…各少許

Salt & pepper..A pinch

 

檸檬汁【A】…5g

Lemon juice 【A】…5g

 

沙律油 【A】…14g

Salad oil 【A】…14g

 

雞腿肉…2塊

Chicken thigh…2 pieces

 

芥末籽醬 【A】…18g

Wholegrain mustard 【A】…18g

 

醬油【A】…12g

Soy sauce 【A】…12g

 

1. 將【A】加入蜂蜜中並攪拌均勻備用。 

1.Add【A】into honey, mix well

 

2. 將雞腿肉厚的部分攤開,切成大一點的一口大小。撒上鹽和胡椒。 

2. Open the thick parts of the chicken thighs, and cut into bite-sized pieces. 
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 

 

3.平底鍋中倒入沙拉油後熱鍋,先煎表皮。翻面後轉小火,蓋上鍋蓋煎到它熟透為止。

3.Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the side with the skin first.
Turn to the other side then lower the heat. Cover with a lid until the other side is cooked.

 

4.  3煮熟之後用餐巾紙等擦拭多餘的油份。  加入1繼續煮,將水分煮乾。 

4.Once (3) has been thoroughly cooked, wipe excess oil with paper towel. Add (1), boil down.

 

5. 裝盤,再依喜好擺上蔬菜。(照片為小番茄與西洋菜)

5.Pour into a bowl, garnish with your favorite vegetables.(Pictured are cherry tomatoes and watercress.)
